Who we are

What this site does
Ali's World Tours is an enquiry and quotation service. You tell us what you are looking for, we research it and send you a personal quotation, and — if you are happy with it — we help arrange the booking directly with the relevant supplier. Nothing on this site can be booked or paid for online. Every journey from enquiry to booking involves a real person confirming details with you first.
Acceptable use
By using this site you agree not to: submit false or malicious information; attempt to disrupt, scan or interfere with the site or its infrastructure; scrape or harvest its content or data without our written permission; or use the site to impersonate another person.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logos and other content on this site belong to Ali's World Tours or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish or resell any part of this site without our written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for the service we directly provide to you: giving you accurate information where we can, researching your enquiry properly, and quoting you honestly. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, insolvency or service standards of any third-party supplier, airline, hotel or other principal — your contract for the travel service itself is with that supplier, not with us, unless we tell you otherwise in writing for a specific booking. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
