Booking & enquiry terms

Enquiries and quotes
Every journey starts as an enquiry. We research it and send you one or more quotation options. Quotes are indicative until confirmed — prices from suppliers can move before you commit, and we will always tell you if a price has changed since your quote was raised.
Price expiry
Every quote shows an expiry date. After that date, the price is no longer guaranteed and we will need to re-check availability and cost with the supplier before you can proceed at the same figure.
Who your contract is with
Once a booking exists, your contract for the travel service itself — flight, hotel, tour, transfer or similar — is with the named supplier or principal, not with Ali's World Tours, unless we have told you otherwise in writing for that specific booking. The exact role we play (for example, introducing you to the supplier, or acting as their agent) is disclosed to you on your quote.
Our service fee
If we ever charge a service fee of our own, it is agreed with you in writing before you commit to anything — never added silently afterwards.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and amendment terms follow the supplier's own conditions, shown to you on your quote before you book. These vary by supplier and by fare or rate type, so please read them before committing.
